  I stopped by there once with a few questions, and the head honcho was a real d!ck to me, as was one of his underlings. Their social efforts would appear to be directly proportionate to how much money they think they smell on you.
  
  And if we're going to call these people "compassionate", let's keep in mind that they're charging THOUSANDS of dollars to drop a corpse in a hole. Hell, even *I* can appear understanding if the check is fat enough. ;)
  
  P.S. I'm pretty sure their "urn garden" is really just a mini-putt golf course
